Security & Hologram

In a globalised market, protecting one's brand, preventing counterfeiting and duplication of products is of prime importance. Environmental Friendly

Braggart provides pressure sensitive labels, which easily detach from their substrate (bottle) when they are put in temperatures above 65°C thus helping in the recycling of these bottles. The labels reduce the impact on the environment since the adhesives, inks and chemicals stay on the label during the removal of label from the bottle, and hence minimum water can be used to remove all the labels. This also promotes recycling of the bottles as the sticker label easily comes clean off the bottle using water of 65°C temperature without leaving any residue on the bottle.

Thermal Labels

The use of thermal ribbons in printers for labels, creates a requirement for thermal label transfers. This method of printing uses heat to transfer the print on to a label from the ribbon, finally producing an image that becomes the label. The sorts of ribbons used in this process of printing labels, include wax resin ribbons, wax thermal ribbons or resin thermal ribbons. There are technologies available under which no thermal ribbon is required for carrying out the label printing process.

Transparent

Flexographic label printing is used for niche products where you need your customers to differentiate your products from others on a crowded shelf. Freeze Proof

Braggart provides beer labels that are moisture resistant, UV resistant and can resist temperatures up to -40°C after application on a dry surface. These Specialty Labels are generally used in the beer industry but can also be used for packaged water bottle and wine bottle labelling. These self-adhesive labels can also be used in healthcare industry for storage of medicine bottle which need to be stored at temperature up to – 40°C. These beer labels perform very well in freezers as their adhesive bonds very well with the bottle, forming a permanent bond. These labels are also been used extensively in the cold storage industry.

Ultra High Temperature

Braggart provide very high temperature labels, which are specifically designed to withstand temperatures up to 300°C. These sticker labels are usually made of PET and polyamides and can withstand very extreme conditions like ultra high temperatures, corrosive solvents and UV radiation. They have several applications but are generally used in the PCB , aerospace and semiconductor industries. These labels last for the entire life of the product due to their meticulous construction.

Piggy Back

Braggart provides piggyback labels in all sizes. They’re made up of two labels (both self adhesive), where the top label is piggy backing i.e. sitting on top of the bottom label. Both the labels appear to be a single label but they are two labels which are each gummed and can be stuck on different places. In the Piggyback labels the top label can be peeled off and re-applied while the bottom label stays stuck to the surface it was originally put on. These labels can be customized to different sizes and colors. The piggyback are used extensively in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistic, retail and shipping industry.

Tyre

Tyre labels are an excellent example of the advancement of self-adhesive label industry. The substrate where the tire label is applied is rough and uneven, environmental conditions are adverse and storage conditions could be harsh. Hence the tyre labels command a very strong face material, which is usually a Polypropylene (PP) with an aluminum layer that has high adhesion to rubber. The adhesive used is a high-tack-hot-melt adhesive which sticks firmly to the tyres . Double sided silicon is used so that the pressure sensitive tire label does not stick to the liner. The sticker labels are long lasting and difficult to remove from the surface of the tyre. These tire label have excellent printability.

Product Packaging

Package labels are the most commonly seen stickers on any product. These labels, though they are common, hold the most important information about the product. They generally display the contents, weight, quality, ingredients, date of manufacture, date of expiry, code or batch number of the product etc. Due to the information provided on these labels, they are know as product package labeling in India.
